You can forward calls from your IP telephony number to another number through the customer portal. This allows you to redirect incoming calls to a landline or mobile phone when needed.

How to set up call forwarding

  1. Step 1: Access IP telephony settings

    Log in to the customer portal and click on My Services in the main menu on the left. Select IP telephony to view your subscriptions.

  2. Step 2: Configure call forwarding

    Click on the subscription you want to administer. Then select Call Forwarding in the menu on the left to configure your forwarding settings.

Note: Call forwarding is charged according to standard call rates: 0.15 SEK/min to landlines in Sweden and 0.75 SEK/min to mobile phones in Sweden.
