How do I resign from a job?

To cancel a service with Internetport, you can easily manage the termination through the customer portal. Please note that there is a standard 1-month notice period unless otherwise agreed upon in your service agreement.

How to do it

1. Step 1: Log in to the customer portal

   Access the Internetport customer portal using your login credentials.

2. Step 2: Navigate to service termination

   Once logged in, locate and click on the termination of service option in the menu.

3. Step 3: Select the service to terminate

   Choose which service you want to cancel from the list of your active services.

4. Step 4: Choose termination date

   Select when you want the service to end, keeping in mind the 1-month notice period.
