Custom emails are a vital hosting feature, empowering users to create and manage multiple email accounts for their domain. This functionality is easily accessible through a control panel like Plesk. With Plesk, deleting or removing email accounts is a straightforward process.

How to Remove an Email Account

  1. Step 1: Log in to Plesk

    Log in to your Plesk account.

  2. Step 2: Navigate to Mail

    Navigate to the Mail option in the navigation menu. The list of active email accounts on Plesk will be displayed.

  3. Step 3: Select Email Accounts

    Select or tick the box next to the email account(s) you want to remove.
