How to Remove an Email Account

Step 1: Log in to Plesk
Log in to your Plesk account.

Step 2: Navigate to Mail
Navigate to the Mail option in the navigation menu. The list of active email accounts on Plesk will be displayed.

Step 3: Select Email Accounts
Select or tick the box next to the email account(s) you want to remove.

Step 4: Click Remove
Click the Remove button. A confirmation box will display.

Step 5: Confirm Deletion
Click on Yes to confirm the removal.
The selected email account(s) will now be removed from your Plesk panel.
