Step 1: Access the Logs page

  1. Log in to your Plesk control panel.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click on Tools & Settings.
  3. Scroll down to the Logs section and click on Web Server Logs.
  4. Select the website for which you want to view logs from the drop-down menu.
  5. Click on the View button to access the logs for that website.

Step 2: Filter log data

  1. To filter by date and time, use the Date and Time text boxes to specify a start and end date and time.
  2. To filter by visitor IP address, type all or part of an IP address in the IP text box.
  3. To filter by HTTP status code, type all or part of a status code in the Code text box.
  4. To filter by HTTP message, type all or part of a message in the Message text box.
  5. You can combine any of these filter criteria to achieve the exact results you want.

Step 3: View the most recent data

  1. To update the view continuously as new visitors browse the site, click Start real-time updates at the upper left of the Logs page.
  2. To update the log display without continuous updates with the latest information, click Refresh.
