Step 1: Access the Logs page
- Log in to your Plesk control panel.
- In the left-hand menu, click on Tools & Settings.
- Scroll down to the Logs section and click on Web Server Logs.
- Select the website for which you want to view logs from the drop-down menu.
- Click on the View button to access the logs for that website.
Step 2: Filter log data
- To filter by date and time, use the Date and Time text boxes to specify a start and end date and time.
- To filter by visitor IP address, type all or part of an IP address in the IP text box.
- To filter by HTTP status code, type all or part of a status code in the Code text box.
- To filter by HTTP message, type all or part of a message in the Message text box.
- You can combine any of these filter criteria to achieve the exact results you want.
Step 3: View the most recent data
- To update the view continuously as new visitors browse the site, click Start real-time updates at the upper left of the Logs page.
- To update the log display without continuous updates with the latest information, click Refresh.
