How to transfer your service

  1. Step 1: Notify Internetport of your move

    Contact us to report your change of address. You can do this in two ways:

    • Create a case in the customer portal
    • Call us at 0650 - 40 20 00
  2. Step 2: Provide your new address details

    When you contact us, make sure to provide your new address and your preferred moving date. We will check if our service is available at your new location.

  3. Step 3: Await confirmation

    We will confirm whether your broadband service can be transferred to your new address and inform you of any next steps or potential changes to your service.
