Can I change the speed of my broadband?

Yes, you can change your broadband speed – up or down as needed. There is no self-service for this in the portal; just get in touch and we'll help you.

How to do it

• Call us on 0650-402000 and press #3 for sales, and we'll help you change speed and recommend the right plan.
