Yes, you can order broadband even if you have payment defaults. We always perform a credit check because connecting a broadband subscription involves costs that we pay to various city networks in Sweden. If you have a payment remark, we require two months' subscription fees in advance before activating the service.
Payment Terms with Defaults
When you have payment remarks, the following applies:
- Advance payment: Two months' subscription fees must be paid before activation
- Security deposit: One month's fee is held back as security in case of missed or non-payment
- Normal operation: After activation, the subscription runs as usual
Once the advance payment is received, your broadband service will be activated and operate normally.
