How to cancel your service

  1. Step 1: Log in to the customer portal

    Access the Internetport customer portal using your login credentials.

  2. Step 2: Navigate to service cancellation

    Click on the cancellation option in the portal menu.

  3. Step 3: Select the service to cancel

    Choose which broadband service you want to terminate from the list of your active services.

  4. Step 4: Choose termination date

    Select when you want the service to end. Remember that the 1-month notice period applies, so the earliest termination date will be one month from the cancellation request.
